With everything I have been through lately this speaks to my heart:
A semicolon is used where a sentence could have stopped, but didn't. With that being said this tattoo (especially on a wrist, is used by survivors) A semicolon tattoo means she's a survivor of self harm/anxiety/depression and things of that sorts. She could have very easily ended her life but she was strong and got over all the pain to continue on with her life story.
